To Give a Person or Role Rights to View, Modify, Delete, or Approve an Object

  1. Open the object you want in the Content pane.
  2. Expand the Security topic in the Content pane.
  3. To add a person or role, click either the Query Persons or Query Roles link to search for the relevant person or role, then drag the relevant person(s) or role(s) from the search results into the Security topic.
  4. For each person or role, set the View, Modify, Delete, and/or Approve rights as needed.
Tip: To remove a person or role from the list, turn off all the check boxes for that person or role and then refresh (<F5>).
